My dad has lived at Mountain View for years now and I have to say, they have a great crew. Laura and Donye in the office are always a pleasure to deal with. Dad is in his 80's now and is having trouble getting around, so they were able to move him from the second floor to a first floor wheel chair accessible unit with a walk in shower. The maintenance guys Nate and Jared have always responded in a timely manner if anything is needed which is awesome. They keep the property looking good and clean year round and they make sure everything is in working order. Only good things to say about the staff and Mountain View!

My dad has lived here for a few years, and he has been lucky enough to have these fine folks from Mountain View in the office. Laura and Donye have been awesome as he grows older and have done everything that they can do to accommodate him as he is in his 80's and having a tough time getting around. He was on the second floor, but Donye brought to my attention that a first floor accessible unit with a walk-in shower was coming available and we moved him into that unit. Nate and Jared on the maintenance crew are excellent and actually respond in a timely manner if there is an issue. They keep the property grounds clean and know what they are doing when it comes to fixing things and if they can't fix it, they get someone in there quickly who can. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

My daughter just moved into a 2 bedroom. The grounds are immaculate, the apartment is not luxury, but very nice with great windows and newer carpet. They overlook a green belt and there is a fire pit out front with chairs. The move in process and details were made seamless by Donye in their office. She quickly answered questions as we were signing the lease and helped us on move-in day as well. They also rekey the locks between tenants, so a little extra safety is reassuring.

After five years at Mountainview we moved back to the east coast. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Mountainview. The staff is the best. Donye, Nate, Laura and Gerry made living there wonderful. They are the most friendly and helpful people you could ask for. We will miss them terribly. If we move back in a year, we will definitely head straight back to Mountainvirw.

Donye truly does such a fantastic job. She was my main point of contact over the year and a half I lived here. She was easy to communicate with, and always eager to help. I would recommend my friends and family to live here. It’s pet friendly, they actively are working at improving all aspects, and have amazing staff. I had loud upstairs neighbors, but that’s a truthfully my only complaint. Donye rocks, and I’m sad to be leaving her!

Donia is the best! She is always friendly and outgoing. She finds the time to make every resident matter, no matter how big or small. I'm glad I have such a great property manager, to deal with!

Recently moved to the property and I can't express how happy I am to have found a nice apartment that is affordable newly remodeled, they work with all types of credit just may have to put a deposit if yours is anything like mine, but get it back when you leave the place in good shape. The new Manager Melanie is incredibly helpful and courteous and couldn't be any better. Maintance is Jared and spot on. If you are looking for a new place that's affordable quite clean and good neighbor's. You should stop in and speak with the manager Melanie and she will help you out!!

Mountain View Apartments is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped into the complex, my father and I were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Melanie was a fantastic person she made the entire process of moving in seamless and stress-free.

I've been here a year and a half so far and the staff here is absolutely fantastic! Donye is the person in the office and honestly is the best thing about MountainView. She's always very quick to respond with issues and has always been sweet to me and my children. She truly cares about the residents here and it shows through her work. The maintenance staff are always polite and quick with any issue. They are remodeling and the apartments look amazing! It's been a blessing to live in a place that truly makes you feel like you matter and not just another tenant.

The location is fantastic and the maintenance crew is the best. Nate is a great a guy who gets repairs done fast and has a wide range of knowledge. We had an issue in our unit that was addressed immediately. Thank you!

Mountain view is the best because of their amazing staff donye has helped us get an apartment here twice both times we were in a bit of a time pinch we are so grateful to her for helping us get into our new home quickly both times.

Donye made the whole stress of finding somewhere to live an absolute breeze! We have been emailing back and forth for a week as I anxiously awaited the Screening and she always replies super fast with as much help as possible! She also went out of her way to go get us a new key cut at 7pm so we could move in that night! An hour past close! talk about above and beyond! The apartment is awesome and in a great location. Donye deserves all the recognition in the world! Please don't ever let her go!

Lived at Mountain View all throughout college. Ask for Donye’ Warner! One of the best leasing Consultants I have ever had. She remembers peoples faces and cares for her residents. She always had all of our maintenance done, even if it was just a lightbulb. I would always ask for her every time you have a question. Thank You!

I am so grateful for Danye and the Mountain View team they have the best customer service and they treat their tenants with professional care and kindness and are always willing to answer questions or offers ideas or solution options. The maintenance crew work hard and are beyond helpful- they try to go the extra mile. Danye and her team are such a treasure to this complex! I just want to say how incredible the staff is here. Every time I need something, Donye is right there to help. She is truly wonderful. I also have to give a shoutout to Nate and Martin. They are the best maintenance workers I have ever seen at a complex. And last, so glad Cassie is back.

Yall… I cannot say enough awesome things about this apartment. My favorite part however is the STAFF! Donyee has been so unbelievably helpful in every aspect! She has gone above and beyond for my roommate and I. Ensuring we are taken care of and explained everything very well as far as setting up wifi/getting mailbox keys/parking/etc. Maintenance has been on top of any small calls I’ve had to make! Im so thankful to have found this apartment, it is in the middle of everything you could need in Bozeman! Highly recommend!

Donye has been absolutely amazing with our process of trying to get this apartment! My boyfriend and I are college students, and she has been so understanding and helpful. When we toured the apartment, she did great at explaining everything, and the apartments are very nice and spacious. Definitely recommend!!

Unlike a lot of other rental properties she either always returned my call promptly and answered every question I had. She went out of her way to help me and you don't find that much these days. I can't speak highly enough about Donye! She has responded to all my emails with any questions, comments, or requests that I've made so far and she answers them almost immediately (and there have been a lot of emails lol). I can't think of any apartment complex in all my years that I've spoken with be even half as friendly as she has. I'm blown away with the customer service she has provided. I look forward to continuing to have open and transparent conversation about any thoughts or concerns I may have in the future because I know she will make it easy for me and genuinely listen.

My husband and I have lived at Mountain View Apartments for 7 months and the management and maintenance crew are all so helpful. Danye always responds to calls and requests and Martin the maintenance man/ helpers are always here right away, doing a wonderful job. While getting an apartment here did not work out Financially for me, I have nothing but good things to say about learning about these apartments. Donye was always there with a quick response for my questions, and provided a great deal of helpful information.

Even though I am excited to be buying a house I’m going to miss Mountain View. Maintenance always took care of us if we needed it. The office staff especially Donye were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond. Maintenance and staff are incredibly caring humans who treat renters right. We enjoyed our time at Mountain View, it was probably the best place I’ve lived in all my time of renting. They accepted my fur children and there is even a dog park and a gym. The apartment itself was good and nothing broke or gave us grief. Neighbors were cool. I’d live there again if I had to rent again for the way they treat people alone. Thank you Mountain View!

The grounds are immaculate, landscaped with lovely trees, flowers and well-tended grass. Management is extremely responsive and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. The location is just minutes from downtown Bozeman. Anyone from singles and young families to seniors will enjoy living here

Donye was so attentive and helpful with my partner and I’s big move. We were able to view a new apartment, have all our questions and concerns covered, and be filling paperwork out within 24 hours. The next day we were getting keys and already felt at home in the community. It was so well organized at the Mountain View office and I felt right away this was a rental company we could actually trust to have our best interests in mind (which is a lot to us seeing some of the other reviews for big complexes in the surrounding areas!) Thank you Donye and the rest of the team for giving us a new home!

Before I get into the details of MVA, I need to make it clear that Donye alone deserves five stars. She is the sweetest, most down to earth, and friendly human being I have ever encountered! Her personality alone immediately made me fee at home! She is extremely helpful and knows exactly what she’s doing as she never slacks or blows things off (something you will 99% of the time never encounter with a property manager) Anyway, I would highly recommend living in MVA if you’re looking for a place of quality to live. The community is very clean & well kept, with ample room for children to play outside. The apartments themselves are very clean, & the maintenance is always on call, taking care of any issues immediately. Dedicated parking would be nice, but i don’t seem to ever have an issue finding a close parking spot. MVA also includes free cable with HBO, as well as suprisingly fast wifi, along with a high quality 24/7 gym & business center! All included in rent! Overall this community is a great choice for almost any situation!

I cannot say enough great things about MVA!! They are so amazing and helped me every step of the way while I was having a hard time finding an affordable nice place in town. A very special “thank you” goes out to Donye of MVA, she truly made the process go a lot smoother and assisted me with amazing customer service. She is really the sweetest and most sincere human you will ever meet! I have a service dog and was struggling with finding the appropriate living situation for myself and my canine partner, I wish I would have just got in touch with Donye from the start: from day one she did all she could to find us the perfect unit. She even remembered my name, after just ONE phone call! Even after moving into our unit, the entire staff, management & maintenance at MVA has continued to make my living situation a breeze and helped me with every little thing and immediately jumped on a tiny maintenance issue I had. (It should be noted: My issue could have waited, but they came out ASAP and fixed it up like it was urgent. That’s real customer service!) I highly recommend this company/complex to anyone, especially those of you out there who require k9 partners like myself. Mountain View Apartments really know how to make you feel like family, and treat you and your animal with the upmost respect! I (and my service dog) could not be any happier here, thank you!

I rented an apartment right behind the office. I absolutely love it!! The neighbors are amazing as well as the management. I enjoy going into pay the rent each month because they just make you feel like family. I honestly recommend renting from the agency. They are beyond wonderful. The maintenance staff is the best I have encountered in all of my years renting. Before you look at renting from other local pet friendly agencies who just see you as a dollar sign , please stop by Mountain View and meet Donye. Through my experiences she is the heart of the office and really gives you a great understanding of what renting from Mountain View is like.

All around amazing. The company is constantly renovating the complex maintaining a beautiful property and living environment. The leasing and maintenance staff are always on top of your problems big or small. I couldn't be happier!

I've lived at the apartments for only 4 months and now am moving to another town. This space is a little high priced, but to feel safe, for me, is worth it. Never any problems with anyone living here. I enjoyed being able to have my dog with me, as most places in this area don't allow it. We have been living in the 3rd floor, 3 flights up, and it's been fine. Danye' in the office was super helpful and worked with me long distance to help me have an apt. by the time I arrived. I have no complaints only praise for this location as well, there are tons of places to walk my dog, about 6 minutes from downtown, centrally located, and in a great part of town. Thank you MountainView Apartments for an enjoyable stay!

The complex is safe, quite and peaceful. There is nothing much to complain about. Just hoped the roofs were a bit more thicker, so we could not hear the neighbour above us walking.
